These Terms & Conditions apply to use of the Bastion Armory website, purchases made through the website or store, and services requested from Bastion Armory. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to all applicable federal, Colorado, and local laws.
General Firearm Sales
All firearms, receivers, magazines, ammunition, regulated parts, NFA items, and restricted products are sold and transferred in accordance with applicable federal, Colorado, and local laws and regulations. Some products shown on this website may be restricted, prohibited, delayed, or unavailable in your jurisdiction. It is the customer's responsibility to understand applicable laws before ordering.
New firearms are generally sold in the manufacturer's original packaging with included magazines, accessories, and manufacturer materials when provided by the manufacturer or distributor. Firearm sales are final once transferred. Warranty service for firearms and accessories is generally handled by the original manufacturer unless Bastion Armory has agreed otherwise in writing.
Purchasing Firearms Online
Firearms cannot be shipped directly to an individual who does not hold an active Federal Firearms License. Firearms purchased online must either be picked up at Bastion Armory after all required paperwork, background checks, and waiting periods are complete, or shipped to a qualified receiving FFL selected by the customer.
Bastion Armory may verify the receiving FFL before shipment. Customers should contact the receiving FFL before purchase to confirm transfer fees, local requirements, product legality, and willingness to receive the item.
Colorado Requirements
Colorado law requires background checks for firearm transfers and imposes a waiting period before a firearm may be delivered to a purchaser. Colorado and local laws may also regulate certain firearms, ammunition, magazines, and firearm-related accessories. Customers are responsible for complying with Colorado law, local ordinances, and any requirements that apply at the time of purchase or transfer.
Beginning August 1, 2026, Colorado imposes additional requirements for certain specified semiautomatic firearm purchases and transfers. Customers purchasing affected items are responsible for satisfying any required training, documentation, age, residency, or transfer requirements before delivery.
Order Changes, Modifications, and Substitutions
If you need to change an order, contact Bastion Armory as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been submitted, processed, transferred, or shipped. Some order changes may require cancellation and replacement of the order. Pricing, availability, lead times, and shipping timing may change when an order is modified or replaced.
Returns and Canceled Orders
All firearm, ammunition, NFA item, optic, special order, and regulated item sales are final unless Bastion Armory agrees otherwise in writing. Canceled or returned orders may be subject to a restocking fee. Orders that cannot be completed because the customer does not provide required information, documents, FFL details, identification, or legal eligibility may be canceled and may be subject to applicable fees.
Order Fulfillment and Shipping
Orders may ship from Bastion Armory inventory, distributor inventory, or another authorized source. Fulfillment times vary based on item availability, verification requirements, FFL confirmation, carrier timing, and regulatory approvals. Tracking information will be provided when available.
Serialized items and firearms must be shipped to a qualified FFL unless picked up in person at Bastion Armory after all legal requirements are complete. Do not list an FFL as your personal shipping address unless the checkout process specifically requests receiving FFL information.
Ammunition Purchases
Ammunition purchases are subject to federal, Colorado, and local law. Customers must meet all applicable age, eligibility, shipping, identification, and delivery requirements. Ammunition sales are final. Always use only the correct ammunition for your firearm and follow all manufacturer instructions and safety guidance.
Customer Eligibility and Affidavit
By placing an order or requesting a transfer, you represent that you are legally eligible to purchase, receive, possess, and use the requested products. You further represent that you are not prohibited under federal, Colorado, or local law from possessing firearms, ammunition, magazines, firearm parts, or related products.
- You are not purchasing on behalf of a prohibited person.
- You are not a fugitive from justice.
- You are not unlawfully using or addicted to a controlled substance.
- You are not subject to a disqualifying restraining order or domestic violence conviction.
- You have not been adjudicated as a mental defective or committed to a mental institution in a way that prohibits firearm possession.
- You are not an unlawful alien and have not renounced United States citizenship.
- You have not been dishonorably discharged from the Armed Forces.
Indemnification and Agreement to Defend
If your representations are inaccurate, if you fail to comply with these terms, or if your purchase violates applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, release, and hold harmless Bastion Armory and its owners, employees, agents, officers, vendors, and partners from claims, losses, liabilities, penalties, expenses, civil liability, or criminal prosecution arising from your purchase, possession, transfer, storage, transport, or use of any product.
Class Action Waiver
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute will be handled only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, collective, or representative action.
Website Use and Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account username, password, or login credentials used on this website. You agree to be responsible for activity conducted under your account. You may not misuse this website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with site operation, scrape content for commercial use, or use the site in violation of law.
Intellectual Property
The Bastion Armory name, logos, marks, website content, graphics, images, product descriptions, layout, and other materials are owned by Bastion Armory or used with permission. You may not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, or exploit website content for commercial purposes without written permission.
User-Submitted Content
If you submit photos, reviews, testimonials, comments, or other content to Bastion Armory, you represent that you have the right to submit that content and that it does not violate the rights of another person or entity. You grant Bastion Armory permission to use, reproduce, display, and distribute that content in connection with our business, marketing, and website unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Limitation of Liability
This website is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Bastion Armory does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bastion Armory is not responsible for indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages arising from website use, product purchase, product handling, storage, transport, or use.
Promotions and Discounts
Promotions, discounts, coupon codes, and special offers are subject to availability, stated terms, and Bastion Armory approval. Bastion Armory may modify, refuse, or cancel promotions if an offer is misused, applied incorrectly, expired, or inconsistent with legal or business requirements.
Applicable Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court or forum with proper jurisdiction unless applicable law requires otherwise.
Changes to These Terms
Bastion Armory may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms are effective when posted on this website. Continued use of the website or placement of an order after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
